The
National Association of REALTORS has some regulations
that I just have to follow; including informing you of
the TERMS OF USE for this Virtual Office Website.
TERMS
OF USE: The Registrant (you) acknowledges
entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with
CountyRealty; that you have a bona fide interest in the
purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type
being offered through the VOW; that all data obtained
from the VOW is intended only for the Registrant's
personal, non-commercial use; and that Registrant will
not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or
information provided except in connection with your
consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual
property. One last thing - Registrant acknowledges the
MLS's ownership of, and the validity of, the MLS's
copyright in, the MLS database. The MLS can also
access the CountyRealty VOW to verify compliance with
MLS rules and to monitor displays of information
thereon.
ANOTHER
STUPID RULE FROM NAR: Passwords must renew
every 90 days. Rather than keep up with everyone
asking for access and then giving them 90 days worth of
access and then cutting them off abruptly on day 91; I
am making it very easy for all. Passwords will
need to be re-requested on April 1, July 1, October 1,
and January 1. I know this is a pain, but NAR
refuses to reflect internet reality in their very
outdated VOW policies. I apologize in advance for
this stupid and unnecessary inconvenience.
